Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out process

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle email/text inquiries

• Maintain appointment calendar and coordinate with clinical staff

• Manage client records and intake forms, ensuring confidentiality

• Support product sales and inventory tracking

• Keep reception and waiting area tidy, welcoming, and organized

• Provide information about services, products, and clinic policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Professional demeanor and positive attitude

• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic office technology

Training Requirement

Completion of the SS Hair Care Trichology Receptionist Course is mandatory prior to the start date if offered the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist trichologists with client consultations, scalp/hair analysis, and therapy sessions

• Prepare treatment areas and sanitize equipment

This role is ideal for those committed to holistic, evidence-based care and client transformation. If you do not currently hold a trichology certification, SS Hair Care offers a comprehensive certification course as a pathway into this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced hair and scalp analysis, consultations, and therapy

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

• Educate clients on hair/scalp care, product use, and wellness practices

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality

• Mentor junior team members and support ongoing education

• Uphold clinic standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Trichologist credential (or willingness to obtain via SS Hair Care’s course)

• Strong foundation in hair science, scalp health, and holistic wellness

• Professional licensure in cosmetology or related field

• Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills

Training Requirement

• If you are not currently certified, SS Hair Care will provide the required Trichologist Certification Course.

• If you are already certified, three hands-on training sessions at SS Hair Care are required prior to starting.
