The program is divided into 8 weeks of theoretical training and 4 weeks of clinical application, equipping you with the knowledge and practical skills to diagnose and treat hair and scalp disorders effectively. All supplies and materials needed for success are provided, making this an all-inclusive learning experience.

Certification:
Upon successful completion of this Trichology Certification Course, you’ll earn a prestigious certification from SS Hair Care Advanced Training Academy, accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. This certification will validate your expertise and distinguish you as a trusted professional in the field of trichology. You will also be listed as a Certified Trichologist on SS Hair Care's booking page, setting you apart as a trusted expert in the field.

Authorization to Charge Credit Card for Payment Plan

By signing this agreement, I authorize SS Hair Care to charge my credit card for the Trichology Certification Program tuition fee under the selected payment plan.

  • I understand that the total tuition fee for the program is $4,917, which includes:

    • An initial deposit of $1,639, due upon receipt of this form.

    • Two subsequent monthly payments of $1,639 each, to be charged on July 2, 2025 and August 2, 2025.

I agree to the following terms:

  1. The initial deposit is non-refundable and secures my seat in the program.

  2. Payments will be automatically charged to the card provided below on the specified dates.

  3. I am responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on the dates of payment.

  4. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of my enrollment in the program.
